The Holiday seasons are usually seen as being hectic but joyful times as we gather with family and friends to give thanks and share good will. But for many people, coping with the loss of a loved one this time of year can make this time difficult whether the loss was recent or even years ago.
If you're feeling apprehensive about the effect that grief may have on you this holiday season, know that you're not alone. There are ways to deal with holiday grief in order to feel more supported through the season. The Catholic Community of Hopewell Valley is offering a session entitled Dealing with Holiday Grief on Saturday, November 23 from 10-11:30 am in the St. Matthew/Mark Room. All are welcome. Invite a friend.
