A Sensory-Friendly Mass provides a safe, comfortable, and stigma-free setting for children and adults with sensory challenges or any kind of disability to feel engaged and experience Mass in a meaningful way.

Accommodations Include: Softer Music and Lighting, Bell Free, shorter more literal homilies, and Gluten Free Hosts

We encourage families and individuals to get up and move if needed, to bring fidgets or noise cancelling headphones, and to participate in the liturgy just as they are.
